HVAC Installation and Replacement
We install quality affordable HVAC units from American Standard and Lennox. If you are building a new house, we can complete a new installation including air ducts in two weeks. If you are moving into a prebuilt house and want to replace your unit, we can take care of that in only two days!
HVAC Service and Maintenance
HVAC units need annual maintenance for it to function properly and ensure a longer unit lifespan. Without proper maintenance, your utility bills may go up and you will need to replace your unit earlier, costing you thousands. We take care of all regular maintenance including:
Must be performed at least once every six months. Replacing filters helps keep air quality high by cleaning out dust, mold and other air pollutants.
Belt, bearing, and fan replacement
Performed annually to make sure your fan motor is working in top notch conditions. We ensure proper installation, lubrication and tension for your belt, bearings and fan motor to improve performance and reduce costs.
A visual inspection of your HVAC unit should be performed every one to six months. Making sure your filters and ducts aren’t being blocked can save you tons on utility costs.
Air leak repair
If you believe that there is a leak in your air ducts, call us immediately. Air ducts contain high pressure air and a leak could further damage your ventilation system as well as increase your costs.
Temperature controlling coils need to be cleaned with antibacterial treatment whenever they get dirty. Otherwise, your unit can release mold and other bacteria that have built up through use.
